Twin Cities Youth Rowing is a club dedicated to high school rowers in the greater Minneapolis St. Paul metro area. We have rowers from more than ten area high schools.
We teach teenagers how to row in the beginning of the summer. They join the Novice team and compete in races in the U.S. and Canada.
Our program is open to boys and girls between the ages of 14 and 19. Experienced college rowers may join the team as Mentors. Our Mentors help the coaches and teach learn-to-row.
We are based at Bryant Lake Regional Park in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, a few miles southwest of Minneapolis. Bryant Lake is inside I494 in the area bordered by Highway 169, Highway 62, and I494.
If you are interested in learnign to row, please come to one of the rower/parent meetings to be held on May 18th and June 1st. For more information, visit our website http://www.tcyrc.org/ or call 952-470-8614 and ask for John or Carri.
